I don’t read my email anymore.

All my addresses are managed by AI. I have a chief of staff AI that knows my goals, my plan, my lifestyle. Every day it goes through everything and checks it against what I’m trying to do.

If something matters for one of my objectives, I hear about it. If there’s a lesson I can apply, I get the lesson. Everything else I never see.

The funny part: newsletters finally have value. For years I subscribed to smart people and read maybe a tenth of it. Now my chief of staff reads all of it and brings me only the actionable things, the ones that can support my objectives or my companies.

It turns out the problem was never the newsletters. It was that reading them was my job.
