What is an AI-native company?

Why “zero human employees” — what about contractors, partners, freelancers?
Partners and cofounders are fine. They're owners, not staff. The distinction is structural: nobody works for the company without owning some of it. That's the only rule.
Who is ZeroCrew for?
Founders starting a new AI-native company. You have a wedge (or you're about to find one). You're allergic to hiring. You want to ship without becoming a manager.
How is this different from Tycoon, Polsia, Lindy?

Can I bring cofounders?
