Terms
- ZeroCrew is run by ZeroCrew AI Ltd, a company registered in the UK.
- A free account lets you browse, keep a profile, and get updates.
- Operator seats are won in a weekly auction. You pay only if you win, the amount you bid, once a year.
- Your seat renews every year at that price until you cancel. If your card fails when you win, you have 3 days to pay the invoice; after that, you can't bid for 6 months.
- What you share, like tools, reviews, and your profile, must be true and yours to share. We can edit or remove it.
- We can suspend an account that breaks these rules. Apps from the App Store follow Apple's terms, below.
Privacy
- We keep what you give us: your email, your profile, the tools you submit, your reviews, and your bids.
- Clerk runs sign-in, Stripe holds your card, Convex stores your data, Resend sends email, and PostHog counts visits.
- We see only your card's brand and last 4 digits, never the full number.
- Members see your profile. The public sees only what you choose to share and the tool listings we publish.
- We never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.
