I will never hire again

I made a decision: I will never hire again.

Two reasons.

First, AI can do most of the jobs now. Not help with them. Do them. My companies run on agents for product, research, marketing, ads, reporting, releases.

Second, when I want humans, I want elite people. And elite people don’t want a job. The only way to work with them is a partnership: ownership, upside, skin in the game.

So this is the shape of my future companies: a few partners, and AI doing most of the jobs.

Employment was the compromise between those two things. I don’t need the compromise anymore.
