Questions

Does Visited Countries track my location?

No. It reads the location saved in your photos and matches it to a country with maps built into the app, on your device. It doesn't track where you are, doesn't run in the background, and never uploads a photo.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no account and no sign-up. If you're signed in to iCloud, your map syncs privately to your other devices through your own iCloud account.

A country is missing. What do I do?

Add it by hand. A trip you didn't photograph, or photos without a location, leave a gap that a manual add fills.

What does Flags Premium add?

Insights: the places your photos say you love most, real counts and streaks, the year everything changed, and your pace toward the next country and the next milestone.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app to remove the data on your device. To remove the synced copy, open Settings, tap your name, tap iCloud, tap Manage Account Storage, choose the app, and delete its data.
