Habits for every role you play
Start with a role such as Myself, Parent, Founder, or Student, and name it anything you like. Each role keeps its own habits, XP, and level.
Chains that respect rest days
Schedule a habit for every day or for chosen weekdays, with an optional reminder. A chain counts the scheduled days you show up, and a planned rest day never breaks it.
20 XP for every habit you complete
One tap completes today's habit, connects the next link, and adds 20 XP to its role. Undo takes back the completion and its XP.
Your history at a glance
Weekly and monthly boards show every habit's current chain, best chain, and total completions.
Your character, your photo
Choose an illustrated character or use your own photo. On supported devices, Apple's Image Playground can illustrate your photo for you.
Questions
Does a rest day break my chain?
No. A chain counts the days a habit is scheduled, so a day you leave out of the schedule neither adds to it nor breaks it. Missing a scheduled day ends the current chain, and your best chain and XP stay.
What happens to my habits if GOAT Habits Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted. Every role, habit, and completion stays readable and editable. Adding a second role, or habits outside your free role, needs an active GOAT Habits Pro.
I bought GOAT Habits Pro on another iPhone. How do I get it here?
Open GOAT Habits Pro in the app and tap Restore. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple manages subscriptions. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and choose GOAT Habits Pro. A lifetime purchase has nothing to cancel. Apple also handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do my habits sync between devices?
No. This version keeps your profile, roles, habits, and progress on your iPhone. To keep a separate copy, open Settings in GOAT Habits and tap Prepare data export. Portrait photos aren't included in the export.
