GOAT to-do terms of use

The license

GOAT to-do is licensed to you under Apple's standard end user license agreement. That agreement governs your use of the app. The points that follow add to it and never override it.

Purchases and subscriptions

• —Every purchase goes through the App Store and is billed to your Apple Account at the price shown in the app before you confirm.
• —A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Subscriptions settings.
• —A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment. It never renews and never expires.
• —Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
• —Restore a purchase on a new device from the app's settings, signed in with the same Apple Account.

Your content

Everything you type into GOAT to-do is yours. We claim no rights over it, we can't read it, and you can export it at any time.

No warranty

GOAT to-do is provided as is. We fix what breaks and keep a backup path open, but we can't promise the app has no errors, and we're not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Keep a backup of anything you can't afford to lose.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
