ZeroCrew AI Ltd is a UK company. It runs the ZeroCrew community on zerocrew.ai and builds apps for the App Store on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The community terms come first, then the terms for the apps, and each app’s section adds anything specific to that app.

The ZeroCrew community

These terms cover zerocrew.ai, your ZeroCrew account, Operator seats, and everything you share on ZeroCrew. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live. Keep your details accurate and your sign-in private. One account per person.

Members and Operators

A free account makes you a member. Operators are members who won a seat in the Friday auction. Operators can submit tools, write reviews, and use the features marked for Operators. To bid, you need zero employees, though co-founders are welcome.

The Friday auction

Seats open in a live auction every Friday at 11:00 Pacific, for one hour. Bids start at $10 and go up $10 at a time. A bid is a commitment to pay that amount if you win. If you let Agent Zero bid for you, it bids on your behalf up to the maximum you set. We decide the winners by the rules shown on the auction page. If something goes wrong, such as a technical fault or bidding that breaks these terms, we can cancel or rerun an auction.

Payments and renewal

Stripe processes payments. You add a card before you bid. To check it, we ask your bank to hold $10 and cancel the hold right away; some banks show it as pending for a few days. We charge your card only if you win. Your seat is a yearly subscription at the price you won, and it renews automatically each year at that price. You can cancel at any time from Billing; your seat then runs until the end of the year you paid for. We don’t refund part of a year, except where the law requires it. This doesn’t affect any right to cancel the law gives you.

If we can’t charge your card after you win, we email you an invoice you can pay with any card within 3 days. If it isn’t paid by then, the seat isn’t yours, and you can’t bid again for 6 months.

What you share

You keep ownership of what you share: tool submissions, reviews, your profile, and messages. You give ZeroCrew permission to store it, show it on ZeroCrew, and use it to run and promote the service. Share only what is true and what you have the right to share.

Reviews must be honest and based on your own use. Don’t review a tool you make, or one you were paid to review. A tool’s maker gets 7 days to reply to or fix a review before it publishes. We can edit, decline, or remove anything that breaks these terms.

Listings and recommendations

Tools on ZeroCrew are made by other companies. A listing, a ranking, or an Agent Zero recommendation is not a promise that a tool fits your needs. Check a tool before you rely on it.

Rules

Don’t break the law, mislead people, spam, scrape the site, interfere with an auction, or try to get into accounts or data that aren’t yours. Your MCP token acts as you; keep it private.

Ending

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell members by email before it applies.

The apps

Your license

You license each app; you don’t buy it. Your use of every ZeroCrew app is covered by Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement.

App subscriptions

You buy, renew, cancel, and get refunds for app subscriptions through Apple, with your Apple Account. ZeroCrew never sees your payment details.

For everything

No warranty

ZeroCrew, the apps, and this site are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits a right the law gives you that can’t be limited.

Not advice

Nothing in the apps is tax, legal, or immigration advice. Flags Tax and Schengen Calculator count your days and apply published rules to them, and your position can depend on details they don’t see. Confirm it with a qualified professional before you act on it.

Governing law

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms.
